The Thursday beginners Salsa class that just started, has seen huge attendance, with over 75 participants. If you're new and interested in joining a class, we suggest waiting for the next course, we recommend next week with Bachata. However, if you are a returning student, whether male or female wanting to learn to lead, come join us as we need more leads balance the numbers.
This Saturday marks the last 'Salsa Night Fever' party for a month, as there will be no event until 15th March due another event. Do take advantage of this Saturday's party and Kizomba Workshop as well, this may be the last one for some time... more details below.

• Kizomba Open Workshop#2 - THIS Saturday
The last Kizomba pre-party workshop left as part of the 'Salsa Night Fever' experience! You don't need to have done the first one to join. But we do recommend getting a head start with our online Kizomba classes if you haven't tried Kizomba yet. We recommend absolute beginners of any dance, to start with Bachata or Salsa first. However for students who know basic holds & universal steps in partner dance, this is a great way to learn the basics of Kizomba and to get you moving. Don't miss out this might be your only chance to learn Kizomba at Salsa Latina in the near future. Standard class prices apply 'regular concession cards welcome'. • Free Bachata Beginner Class - NEXT Wednesday 6:15pm
The first New Wednesday Bachata course to start for 2025 kicks off. Bring a friend or a family member or come along. • Performance Teams & Training 2025
Massive updates are on the horizon for 2025!
We'll be providing unique training opportunities for partnered couples and soloists. We're still in the planning phase, so we can't share details yet, but stay tuned!
In the meantime, if you're dedicated to performance and competition teams, keep attending classes—it really matters! If you don't attend regular classes, you won't be accepted into a team for 2025. We also pay special attention to those who show dedication, and yes, we do notice! We will be starting off this year with 2-3 Salsa teams coming soon. Make sure you're in class to get the news as it comes out as some team members will be selected only from classes, some will be advertised.
• Grading Results Updates
To minimise the number of posts in your inbox, grading result blog posts will no longer be posted separately. Previously sent through our members page, they will now be included in our regular blog updates.
BACHATA 101 GRADING THIS WEEK
This Wednesday 6:15pm is the next grading! Results for this grading will be posted here in the next post.
If you have done a grading before but havent attained a high level platinum grade, you can resits this exam and join in this week, just turn up no need to register.
